It's a bug. It needs to be reported, and it needs to be fixed. It
has nothing to do with adding aggravation or being insensitive/
ungrateful. You're simply reporting a bug.
I have no idea what systems or whatever are in place for the
management and classification of bugs in bugzilla, but I don't think
that's the point. You thought this was important enough to raise on
a mailing list (and with good reason), so the next step is to file
the bug and make sure the maintainer is aware that the problem a)
exists and b) still exists (based on previous (if relevant) reports).
There is nothing wrong with you doing this, in fact, you should feel
good that you're doing this. How many other people have found this
issue with webmin and were turned off by it or, even, how many will
find it in the next days/weeks and will be turned off by it? If you
report the bug, maybe the maintainer can fix it, and then those
people two weeks from now won't have to deal with it.
