But, this seems a bit pointless, if Mandrakesoft already has a wizard
which does all of this and more, doesn't it?

I was under the impression transfugdrake would make it into CS3 (maybe
with some modifications ...).

/me digs around in CVS ...

At some point, the "provide a patch" answer becomes useless, usually at
the point where a vendor of an open-source product starts selling an
"Enterprise" version, since it needs support, documentation etc etc etc ...

Fabrice, BTW, kolab-server in 10.2 should actually provide most of the
features you want ... (I haven't tested it myself yet, but it seems to
do everything necessary).
