Subject: RHEL5 mkisofs error ISO not being created

We are receiving the below error in the mondoarchive.log.   It is a RHEL5 installation, so options for this piece of software are limited.

INFO: Invoking /usr/bin/mkisofs -J -r -v -p Mindi -publisher http://www.mondorescue.org -A Mindi -V Mindi_Image -o /var/cache/mindi/mindi.iso  -b syslinux/isolinux.bin -c syslinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table .
/usr/bin/mkisofs returned the following errors:
ERROR: Failed to create ISO image.


The error from the mindi image states:
/usr/bin/mkisofs: No such file or directory. Unable to open disc image file
ERROR: Failed to create ISO image.

The file is there:
]# which mkisofs
/usr/bin/mkisofs


Any and all  help would be appreciated.
