It's now reported as http://trac.mondorescue.org/ticket/807 I' ve no idea yet on how I'll fix that one however. It would require changing the way mondoarchive performs the analysis and store more information than now to handle tat case correctly, especially providing what is needed at restore time to recreate the hard links the correct way.
