So that's good. Even the lvm part succeeded it seems. Please then get the /mnt/RESTORING/var/log/mondorestore.log file and send it to us. After that could make a new try with the version which will be generated this night under ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/test/ubuntu/16.04/ Please update all the component to be sure. I fixed many small issues during my own tests on RHEL6 and RHEL7 so hopfully you should be in a better shape after.
