seamlessly :

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
mondo : Depends: mindi (>= 3.2.0) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
Trying to install mindi did not go very well either :
root@robert-VirtualBox:~# apt install mindi

Recommends: ntfsprogs but it is not installable

BTW, in synaptic, libmondorescue-perl appears 4 times, as does mondo-doc
: each time, they seem to be of teh same version
Additional bumps in the road :
root@robert-VirtualBox:~# apt install libmondorescue-perl

Package libprojectbuilder-perl is not available, but is referred to by
another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package 'libprojectbuilder-perl' has no installation candidate
