Hello,
I'm facing an issue on several servers with RHEL5 or RHEL7.
Package versions are the following :
[root@RHEL5 log]# rpm -qa | egrep "mindi|mondo"
mindi-busybox-1.21.1-1.rhel5
mindi-3.0.2-1.rhel5
mondo-3.2.2-1.rhel5
[root@RHEL7 data]# rpm -qa | egrep "mondo|mindi"
mindi-3.0.2-1.rhel7.x86_64
mindi-busybox-1.21.1-1.rhel7.x86_64
mondo-3.2.2-1.rhel7.x86_64
The command I run :
mondoarchive -Oi -s 10g -9 -N -S /adm/sys/backup -d /tmp/mondo_nfs/RHEL7 -p RHEL7 -I "/" -E "/adm/sys/backup|/sashp|/gridhp|/run|/opt/IBM|/sharedsashp" < /adm/sys/socle/data/mondo_bk.dat
The file /adm/sys/socle/data/mondo_bk.dat contains :
no
yes
The problem only occurs when using CIFS shares. Declared this way in the fstab :
//NASFILER/SAS_SRB_PARTAGE_R7M/TRANS_PEL/SAS_OUT /sashp/recmoa/SRB/REC/ETLSRB/FILE_OUT/EXPORT cifs credentials=/root/.map_cred_vfilerSRB2,uid=3156,gid=3151 0 0
If shares are mounted when I run mondoarchive, mondoarchive crashed with this error :
*** buffer overflow detected ***: mondoarchive terminated

If I unmount these CIFS shares, mondoarchive runs successfully.
I attached logs from /var/log. Hopefully, they will contain something else.
What could I do to identify where is the problem ?
Best regards.
Jerome Blion.
