Do you clone a CentOS 5.7 physical server to a VirtualBox VM ?

You could check MondoCloneCentos6.txt<https://sourceforge.net/p/mondo/mailman/attachment/002c01d326e8%242f15eab0%248d41c010%24%40gmail.com/1/> (similar clone), attached recently in that mail to [Mondo-devel] mailing-list<https://sourceforge.net/p/mondo/mailman/message/36026860/>.

In MondoCloneCentos6.txt<https://sourceforge.net/p/mondo/mailman/attachment/002c01d326e8%242f15eab0%248d41c010%24%40gmail.com/1/> was used:
FORCE_MODS="ahci mptsas mptspi"

Then you could test in /etc/mindi/mindi.conf:
FORCE_MODS="ahci mptsas mptspi xhci_hcd xhci-hcd"

I have set FORCE_MODS="xhci_hcd" as per your instructions and again create bootable usb but still getting same issue.
I am working on Centos 5.7 server on virtualbox environment, So how can I set keyboard settings as well.

So add xhci_hcd, using the FORCE_MODS variable of mindi, in /etc/mindi/mindi.conf this way:
FORCE_MODS=”xhci_hcd”

And run a new mondoarchive.

Check also the machine BIOS. Example, through "USB Keyboard Function" the "Legacy USB Support" can be enabled.

Looks like you need to check whether the xhci_hcd (xhci-hcd) driver is loaded at restore time, or to force it (as long as it's part of your backup).
