CentOS7, single EFI partition, failure.

I am pretty much a Linux noob. Need help understanding if I should consider
installing a new syslinux rpm over the top of 4.05-13; see below.

I have also attached both log files.

One error I found in mindi.log says I need syslinux that has EFI support. I
am worried that trying to install that might corrupt my new CentOS
installation.

Do you have instructions on how to do this syslinux rpm install? And is it
recommended with CentOS to replace the syslinux? I really need to have a
full image backup of this machine, that is reliable.
