It seems one of your 2 HDD is not seen ?

Your RAID ctrl is detected it seems

One disk is found,but ir's sdb. In your LVM conf you also had a sda which is not detected:

>Here is my /tmp/mountlist.txt
>/dev/sda1 lvm lvm -1
>/dev/sdb2 lvm lvm 859437337
>/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 / ext3 lvm 96cea972-ee68-4b68-ae58-3e2ccee38525
>/dev/sdb1 /boot ext3 104391 /boot
>/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol01 swap swap lvm /dev/VolGroup00/LogVol01: TYPE="swap"

>DBG1: [Main] libmondo-devices.c->get_phys_size_of_drive#988: Failed to open /dev/sda for reading: No medium found
>DBG2: [Main] ../src/mondorestore/mondo-prep.c->resize_drive_proportionately_to_suit_new_drives#2211: Not resizing to match /dev/sda - can't find drive

Here is the problem...

>INFO: Disk /dev/sdb was 839396 MB; is now 699500 MB; Proportionally resizing partitions (factor ~= 0.83334)

Also if you shrinked the size of HDD, you may have to adapt the file /tmp/i-want-my-lvm so sizes of LVs are correct.

Now if what you need is your data quickly, then consider http://trac.mondorescue.org/wiki/Documentation#Manualrestoration
