Issues restoring baremetal

Hi Mondo Experts 😊 I need some help. I have mondo archive doing backup on a Centos 7-Sangoma Free PBX server. I run mondo archive and everything appears to run fine. I can restore files on a live system, but when I boot from the dvd the mount list does not appear to work. It would seem that mondo does not know were to restore the files. I am confused on the mount list setup. I am new to all this. Thanks in advance.
