Thanks for the logs. You seem to miss a perl package:
Can't locate ProjectBuilder/Base.pm

So you should install ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/rhel/5/i386/perl-ProjectBuilder-0.14.6-1.rhel5.noarch.rpm

Seems also there is an issue on RHEL 5 (this is not a supported version anymore by Red Hat, BTW) with using option -n of cp which doesn't seem to exist.
Are you up to date with your RHEL 5 ?

Does your cp command have a --no-clobber option ? (provide cp --help so we can check).
