Hello Bruno, I am still having issues with generating a backup. Attached is the log file. I have about 100GB of data on a 512GB drive, so I am trying to backup to an NFS mounted file system. No matter what I try, and even with the NFS mounted on /tmp/mnt/, I get the message, "Please mount that partition before you try to backup or restore from it." Thank you!. Unfortunately, I now have another error. Not quite sure what is happening here. Maybe user error, but I am not sure. In that case yes ;-) My system does NOT have a SATA DVD drive. I am using a USB DVD. I tried to perform a backup using both "DVD disks" and "USB Key/Disk" without success. So you should use a DVD disk, whether it's connected through SATA or USB doesn't make a difference for MondoRescue. Using USB disk doesn't work as mondoarchive tries to create a bootable filesystem on it, and can't. All what it should do is create a bootable ISO image and burn it to your drive.
