That's not linked to your disks but the size of the boot media created and the FS size used for it.
This is a"known" bug with these versions.

Edit /etc/mindi/mindi.conf and declare:
EXTRA_SPACE=600000

And check again, that should fix it.
Note that you may also want to redirect the Scratch zone to a specific FS (-S)
