FTR, to install easily for CentOS 7:

use the repo file at ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/test/centos/7/x86_64/mondorescue-test.repo
put it under /etc/yum.repos.d and run yum install mondo

You may also need in addition the repo at ftp://ftp.mondorescue.org/centos/7/x86_64/mondorescue.repo
