I've found a workaround; it was sufficient to list as exclusion *ALL*
the partition members of raid, eg:

	-E "/dev/sda1|/dev/sdb1|..."

when restore boot, in partition screen now i've only /dev/mdX
partition, that can safely delete/rename/...
