Etch goes stable

Now that Debian has officially released Etch as "stable", Zathras will be 
getting an upgrade - This in effect means the Sarge autobuilds will be 
dropped unless there is an overwhelming demand for them.

At present, no fixed timetable for the upgrade - I may take the opportunity to 
install a new MoBo plus hard drive..
