But in general i think that instead of doing two or more separated base modules or to do a single base with patches in the "standard" base kernel that aren't related directly with morphix, we shuld think about doing a base module where one can choose to boot differents kernel. So, maybe a base module with one "regular" kernel AND one "xenomai" kernel, and maybe others, and permit to choose which kernel to boot in the grub menu.
