Yep HD failure. Well I sure a HD is not meant to sound like its
actually screaming....

A replacement HD would be nice.

However, this is the 2nd HD that has broken whilst being used for
AutoTesting. It may be that the couple of Gigs of captured screen
shots per AutoTesting video puts quite a strain on a Hard Drive.  On
the overhand these have been re-cycled HDs. Full Disclosure.
