Easiest Way to Open base/morphix Under a Working Morphix

Hi,

sorry for the silly question, but what is the easiest way to open the
file base/morphix under a working system?

I want to extract a file from a Morphix ISO to my working Morphix.
I mounted the ISO (using loop), and now I don't know how to extract the
specific file from the base/morphix file.
