I'm afraid the forums have been defunct for some time (joomlaboard
doesn't exist any more and their last version has a number of
vulnerabilities).

I'm hoping to drop Joomla altogether in the near-future and clean up the
website. I've disabled the link to the forum, but feel free to use the
mailing lists or IRC to ask any questions you might have.
