FYI: paper on oss-qm project

hi folks,

just in case anybody's interested:

i've written an little paper about the oss-qm project, which aims
to provide fixed/cleaned sourcetrees to lots of packages+versions
and so offload a lot of QM/patching work from individual distros
to some common place:
