Login problem

My user ID is: sunburnt

I haven't logged in for awhile, now reports ID/PW
wrong.

Tried: forget password? won't work.

Tried: New Account, says ID/PW already in use.

Went around in circles for awhile, thought about
making a new different ID/PW, but thought I'd see if
it can be fixed first.
