It is available in MorphixBase-0.5-pre3.iso:-
/minimod
 MorphixMini-nvidia-6106-k2.6.7.mod

It did take me a while to find this minimodule. Once I understand what
happening with the minimodule I put a referance in manual/faq.

Sorry I do not use the nvidia non-free modules.
