-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hey Alex ;) Your answers show me how morph-able is Morphix and how I don't use this morphability : > > Questions : > > 1) In order to rox start at xfce beginning, the only thing I've found to > > do this is to add on > Try changing the line starting etc/gdm/Sessions/Xfce4 in /morphix/init.sh > of the > mainmodule. Changing it to start rox directly should work better (and thus > not background xfce4, you shouldn't need it, rox is a wm on its own afaik) I will try > The moon-names are actually a wink to Sun, but also because '0.4-1d' isn't > as much fun as 'Phobos'. I think I will do a Minimod containing all modules. As is, An upgrade will just be a minimod upgrade ... not a mainmod upgrade (and all issues it can bring....) > I've seen it, but captive is a weird beast when you want to decide where to > place it: it's both a kernel module and needs a GUI in order to search for > the NTFS driver thingy Really, i've tried Captive on a HD install and it's very easy. But I don't understand GUI problem : You need GUI if you can't copy ntfs.sys ans the other. But These are always at the same place... aren't they ? So just a copy in /var/lib/dontknowwhere and ruleezzz. (if it was so easy... I think it would already done ... ;) So your suggestions give me ideas : Why not Put all Lin4Astro stuf (Cartes du ciel, Audela, qastrocam, pwcx driver... ) in a minimodule instead of a main mod. (a little hard to maintain) What do you think about it ? If guys want to install it on HD, does it work with minimod ? Thanks for answers ;) Clear skies (as Bourg en Bresse sky tonight... I think I will done a "little" saturn with webcam :)))) ) - -- To begin wbecam under astronomy (french only... but with gallery ;) ) http://www.astrosurf.com/djibb Live CD for astronomy http://www.lin4astro.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFAVJ6bnnWlFnoUZbYRArEdAJ9AN9o/yP2fJ2aBqzu4r0f6NDFwzwCfVBQI HNDf/FnviCZt8xO95yIlWrc= =GH7Q -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials Free Linux tutorial presented by Daniel Robbins, President and CEO of GenToo technologies.
