Have a look at the mini-module generator

The is an option to save files within a minimodule to be copied to a
specific location on the files system, eg. copy libvga.a to /usr/lib

Use the Development module, to be able to compile libraries.

You can use the hacks outlined in 'The Simplest Morph' (or place a script
in /exec) to automagicaly compile the libraries.
