Why -m isn't implemented?

Ehlo! Manual says, that using -m argument allows applying some matches, like in iptables. If so, -m mark_m --mark 1 should match packets with mark field equal to 1. But it doesn't work. And when I have looked into sources, I have found that it doesn't work because it is not implemented! No -m option at all. If so, why are match extension, like mark_m implemented? How to use them?
