Makefile and DESTDIR parameter

Hi,

the Makefiles of ebtables and arptables should support the DESTDIR 
parameter. That would make things easier - for example writing an ebuild 
fÃŒr gentoo ;-)

gentoo-ebuilds usually use
   make DESTDIR=/.../image install
where /.../image is an empty directory which get's copied to / afterwards.

Would be nice if you could integrate that into the Makefile of ebtables 
2.0.7 and arptables 0.0.4. I could also do the work for you and send you 
a patch if you like.
