ptype_all handlers are called before the bridge code. They might be sharing 
the skbuff. If iptables wants to mangle the packet, it should not alter the 
packet of the ptype_all handler. Iptables doesn't have to check on shared 
packets because it knows it's not shared thanks to the skb_share_check.
