I do not use ebtables. I use iptables, it filters all bridge forwarded
packets. I can't reproduce the situation because I can't understand
how did this happened. Most whoom I asked "what it was?"
answered that it is possible a hardware error.
Prevousluy I uses 2.4.21+bridge-nf-0.0.7-against-2.4.19.diff
since there is no such patch for kernel v.2.4.27 and it is recommended
to use ebtables-brnf-7_vs_2.4.27.diff.gz I applied it.
Certanly if the situation will appear again I'll wrote here.
