about installing ebtable userspace tool

hi all
  I am using uClinux 2.4.X as an OS for my router on IXDP425 I am able
to use IPtable firewall on that now i am looking for ebtable firewall
to avoid arp attacks. I am able to insert all modules required for
ebtables but do not know hot to put the ebtables userspace tool in it
for making rules.

can anyone tell me the way to do it I am using arm linux gcc as cross
compiler for it. also is it possible to remove arp attacks without
using ebtables if yes how to do that.
