Hi
Was just wondering is it possible to set a VLAN tag using say the
MAC address of client entering a bridge. I have looked at iptables and
can understand why their is little support for VLAN's. And I see that
ebtables can inspect the VLAN tags and was wondering if it is possible
to set them aswell. Even if neccessary I would be willing to write the
code to do so. But as someone has not done it already I fear there may
be something missing in my understanding e.g. This would be useless
cause it would confuse STP on the switches.
Thanks
