ebtables ebt_vlan.c kernel part

I have questions about ebtables program: where is the kernel part of the fi=
le ebt_vlan.c? Or anyboby have one idea how it is written the ebtables kern=
el vlan match module?
Does it include the file if_vlan.h?=20
Because it would like to write a module using the same steps for ppp frames=
and I don't understand how the vlan module works because there are no ker=
nel part. If somebody has written the kernel part of the vlan module=2C it =
could given idea to write the kernel part of my ppp module?
