Bridging between ethernet card and wireless card in the same system

Hi,

I have an ethernet card (eth0) and a cardbus wireless card (eth1) in the
same system.  If I want to have all outgoing packets sent from upper layers
to eth0 forwarded to eth1 to transmit without having eth0 to transmit the
packets, and all incoming packets from eth1 forwarded to eth0 to be reported
to upper layers without having eth1 to report the packets to upper layers,
is there any existing tools to do that or do I have to write codes to do it.
