Dear Bart,
thx for the reply..
If I understand well, it means that if both rules accept the packet, one
packet is sent out of the interface and a copy of the packet is sent to
the userspace program.
One thing more..i found the test_ulog.c program. If I want just to execute
sth like:
printf("Hey it's an IP packet!!);
pck_count+=1;
I want only this in my userspace program and don't want to look at the
contents of the packet (i only need to know that an IP packet has arrived
on the netlink socket and then execute the above lines), what pieces of
code do i need to retain in the test_ulog.c file? I'm afraid my knowledge
of network programming is a bit limited for the moment.
Warm regards,
Visham
