[RELEASE] ebtables version 2.0.8-rc1

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce I've finally released a new version of the
ebtables userspace program. Apart from the source code, an rpm for i386
architectures is also available (making rpms for other architectures
should be straightforward, you can find the spec file in the source
code).
Since it's been just over 2 years since the last release, I'm skipping
version 2.0.7 (that version was only available in CVS).

There are various changes, of which the most important are:
- add sysconfig support (ebtables-save, ebtables-restore, etc)
- add ulog watcher
- use shared libraries (making the code easily usable by third parties)
- improve speed

Please give it a try.
