G'day,

I haven't found out much when googling or checking the archives on this
subject. I'm trying to set up brouting with heartbeat (Linux HA). Anyone
know of a how-to for that or has anyone had success in doing something
like this?

I have been tearing down the br0 iface on the non-active firewall, and
bringing it up on the active firewall. Doing this to avoid arp storms.

NAT'd entries seem to work fine, but bridged IP's are not reachable from
the firewall or externally. My startup/shutdown script is starting to get
ugly... Is STP a better way to go and has anyone ever done this before?

Short on details here, but if someone else has gone down this road before
then I can elaborate...

Thx,

Brad
