Help with transparent proxy

Hello folks.
 
Please help me with this !
 
I am trying to build tranparent proxy with squid. I have used example from freshmeat to build that up but without success. I am using open suse 10.

Directly squid is working fine but I have tried at least 20 different settings for ebtables and iptables to get all http traffic to be redirected to bridge server squid. Bridge it self is also working as it should.
 
In the ebtables sourceforge web site there is a link to example bridge.sh file which is not awailable. I would suppose that is example what I am looking for, do someone has a copy of that script ?
