You can set up two vlan interfaces over external physical Ethernet interface,
than split the traffic by your swich (if it a L2/L3 intellectual swich
such as Cisco 35xx/29xx series etc)
But I don't understand what the criteria to split the traffic on a
bridge... it's your problem.

As You show above, the -swtch- will split the traffic, so You can route
the packets to dedicated VLANs, and then forward to ISP1 or ISP2 ports by
switch.
