[Q] --snat-arp and the 2.4 kernel

Is the --snat-arp option introduced in rc3 available in the 2.4 kernel?

I'm currently running openwrt on a linksys wrtsl54gs with the 2.4
kernel (2.4.30) (with the ebtables kernel patch) and ebtables
v2.0.8-rc3.  The package for ebtables was not available on the openwrt
website, so I built it myself.  I'm trying to debug  the error that
I'm receiving to see if it is caused by me building the package
incorrectly or it not being supported by 2.4.

I receive the following error.  If I don't include --snat-arp the
command is accepted and correctly changes the source mac.

/sbin/insmod ebtables
/sbin/insmod ebtable_nat
/sbin/insmod ebt_snat
/sbin/insmod ebt_dnat

root@(none):/etc/init.d# ebtables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth2 -j
snat --to-source 00:10:18:90:20:DB --snat-arp
The kernel doesn't support a certain ebtables extension, consider
recompiling your kernel or insmod the extension.
