Simulator with ebtables filter

Hi,

I am building a network simulator based on OpenVZ, which allows
several virtual rootfs having their own TCPIP stack running on a
single linux kernel.

I am bridging all the vzeth* interfaces with brctl (20 of those).

Now I want to forbid packet exchanges from all the interfaces, exept
from interface1 (vzeth1) to interface13 (vzeth13).

How do I do that with ebtables?
