What you want to do, if not impossible, it will be very tough to do. This is because though the linksys is the equipment which connects all the computers together, internally it is made of a switch and a CPU. When computers are connected to the LAN ports, they are actuallly connected to the switch, and hence the CPU portion of the linksys has no control over the traffic. This is not a matter of ebtables.
