Yeah, I disabled that immediately after the upgrade because of problems with 
other packages. Really need to spend some time on that later.

I have logging rules set to audit the transactions and redirection, so it 
"looks" like the rules are working, but the traffic never gets to Squid. I 
guess my next task will be to build a complete set of logging rules to see 
where the traffic may be getting lost. It may turn out that I will have to 
do a clean FC4 install of everything rather than an upgrade, but I was 
hoping to avoid that.
