My understanding is that TC applies to a single interface.

However, I believe there is (was) a virtual interface that could be used 
to aggregate / funnel multiple interfaces into one where the TC rules 
could be applied.

Sorry, I don't remember any more details about the virtual interface 
other than it does (did) exist.

You would apply your TC rules to the virtual aggregate interface and 
make sure they are crafted to target the specific packets as you desire.
