Re: __builtin_expect in 1.9.1

Here's a cvs patch for 1.9.1 that fixes the __builtin_expect problem with
gcc's earlier than version 2.96 (Thanks Peter and all the others who
reported the problem).  It also includes another minor patch against one of
the test programs.
