debugger support in NGPT only with glibc >= 2.2.4

Hello list!

The thread_db (debugger support) part of NGPT is only usable with
--with-mctx-mth=mcsc, or in simpler words the machine context method must be
based on getcontext() & setcontext().

These functions are available in glibc 2.2.4 and newer but not in glibc 2.2.2
(RedHat 7.1) and older (I could not find a machine with glibc 2.2.3 running).

Are there any plans to expand this? Is it a trivial change I could do too?
