Are PIP&PCP supported in NGPT ?

Hi,
I have a question for NGPT 2.2.1.
Are PIP(Priority Inheritance Protocol) and PCP(Prioty Ceiling Protocol)
supported in NGPT 2.2.1 ?
Could anyone let me know the answer ?
