I agree with this.  Using /dev/shm means that no chroot() application
can use NGPT, e.g. Apache or BIND 9.  Solaris depends on /dev/mem for
it's POSIX threads, and therefore doesn't support chroot() pthread apps,
a limitation I'd hate to see added to Linux!
