Sao Tome and Principe also the Secretary, 
Tender Committee for the 2003 Joint Dev. Zone 
(JDZ) Licencing Round Tender.

At the moment, this JDA is set to embark on the 
award of acreage in the deep offshore Gulf of Guinea, 
and a tender application notice has been advertised 
to this effect. 

Applications has been scheduled to 
be received from the 2nd to the 18th of October 2003.

owning any of the 9 Oil blocks available for tender.
 
But since we are not allowed to partake in such venture,

capable individual or corporate organisation that would 
assist in acting as a front for us in this regard.
