Thanks so much!  fopen() and statvfs() no longer leak.  I haven't reported
these to glibc because the leaks were only showing up in programs compiled
on a system with ngpt installed.  Programs built on a vanilla system (using
LinuxThreads) don't exhibit the same problem.
